Our dryer broke and we had the service person come out. He looked at the dryer and said he needed to order parts. Two days later we found out that the parts were going to take a month to get in. When they finally came in, another technician came out and looked at the dryer and said that not only did we need the parts that were ordered, but we also needed other parts, and that they were just going to replace the dryer. We went into the store and ordered a dryer. They said it would take a week to 10 days. I called back after one week and was told by the customer service department that they would call and find out where the dryer is and when it would arrive. I never got a call back. I called back on the 10th day, and they now say it will be another 10 days. No appologies.. Nothing except that it is a special order and would be in in 10 days..
